The Palomar is a Soho restaurant in the heart of Theatreland, serving the food of modern Jerusalem.
Our menu is influenced by the rich cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant.
Our drinks offering marries the cuisine and ambience of the restaurant with a considered wine list of current and future icons alongside a list of cocktails, beers and spirits, and a lovingly curated selection of no and low-alcohol alternatives.
The space has been designed around an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant, merging indoor and outdoor spaces creating a vibrant, energetic experience, where warm hospitality and guest experience are paramount.
The Palomar has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2014.
We are committed to making environmentally and socially responsible decisions when it comes to our menu.
We continually strive to use locally sourced ingredients that have been raised, grown, harvested, and produced sustainably wherever possible. Our dishes are prepared in ways that respect and maintain quality, freshness, and purity.
Our meat is organic, free range and sourced within the UK. Our seafood is delivered fresh from Cornish day boats daily. Bread and bakery items are baked in our kitchen daily and our cheese, dairy and eggs are all free range and sourced from artisanal suppliers. Our wines come from small-scale, artisanal producers, most of whom apply organic practices to their craft. Meanwhile, house spirits come bagged instead of bottled, to reduce their carbon footprint.
We offer reservations online for up to 6 guests, bookable up to 1 month in advance.
For parties of 7 or more, a generous set menu is available.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at reservations@thepalomar.co.uk or do so online via the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we will apply a non-refundable charge of £30 per person.
Located in the heart of Theatreland, our closest tube stations are Piccadilly Circus (4 minutes) and Leicester Square (3 minutes).
